I met Donna after searching for a solution to manage stress from a life changing event and to find a physically, emotionally and mentally healthier direction in my life. As has happened with so many people, COVID-19 upended my plans for in-person physical training, but Donna wasted no time in adapting to real world events. Within a week we were virtual.
